Cancellation/Refund
You may cancel up to three (3) business days prior to the seminar and your tuition will be refunded. If you must cancel fewer than three days before the seminar, you may send a substitute in your place or transfer your registration to another course date within six (6) months.

Our Guarantee
If you do not pass any part of the license examination for which you attended our class, you may review the training one time within ninety (90) days of your original class date at no additional charge.
